Hello,readers!
I received "Dolphins Don't Run Marathons" by Sam Brand to review on my blog!
This book provides a friendly illustrations about the authors' philosophy on sports and happiness.
This book does a great job explaining that people can be divided into three animal categories: ants, chimpanzees, and dolphins. Ants are usually the long marathon runners. The chimpanzees are seen as excited cheerleaders. The dolphins are the ones that understand the benefits of many different types of exercise.
Very entertaining and short book! Definitely, a must buy!
