Budotherapy by Gabi Weis BOOK REVIEW

Bring the wise, courageous warrior in you to the therapeutic encounter
The purpose of martial arts has nothing to do with victory or loss in battle, but rather, with psychological growth and spiritual development.

Budotherapy is about self-growth and compassionate presence in the interpersonal healing encounter, common to both psychotherapy and martial arts. This method is also closely related to mindfulness-based therapies, especially Compassion-focused Therapy (CFT), and engages in developing the ability to bravely face deep emotions, contain pain and difficulties, and achieve a life of love, emotional partnership, a sense of security, and inner freedom.

Hello,readers!

This is a great self-help book that helps you fight your fears and weaknesses. You will learn to improve your emotional and mental abilities. The ability to see others,to read what occurs in the environment, and to connect with the body, breathing and soul.

Budotherapy is a combination of martial arts and psychotherapy that provides compassion/self-growth. It is a relief from physical, mental sufferings. A therapeutic way that focuses on your experiences.

The author explains psychological and spiritual development.  Ways in developing inner peace and self-worth,while overcoming life's hardships and tribulations.
