I've been using this product for about a week and my face feels smoother and softer.

The serum is very light and not oily in texture. The scent is very nice and calming. I tend to use this product as partly as my nightly facial routine. And I always wake up to extremely moisturized softer skin in the morning.

Hemp oil serum is a way to prevent dry skin and keep your face moisturized throughout the day. You can also wear this product under your favorite make up products.

This audiobook doesn't go extremely in depth with more technical aspects of each topic. It just gives a more broader ascepts that is considered a laymen's version for the average listener.

In the introduction of the book it discusses about the author of the book Mark McCoy. Mark is a 57 year old man that is retired from spending 30 years as a senior CIA agent. Many of his colleagues gave him the title "Master of Life."

Mark speaks of many different ways to be the perfect man. He doesn't want to be seen as the hero of the book. He wants the reader to be seen as the hero. He is giving his keen insights and personal knowledge on how to obtain this goal in life. There are many different ways to improve your abilities, he is just giving you the tools to strengthen these abilities. 

The writing style of the book is quite straightforward and entertaining. His words are very honest and often relatable. This type of book can be read multiple times.
