In the cold weather while sipping the tea or coffee, let's enjoy the fragrance and taste of every sip that we take. And maybe there is a lot more to life, but even this could just be a moment that defines living.

While running through the park to complete your laps and steps of the day, just sit down on the bench listening to the chirping of the birds and laughter of the children playing nearby.

I know life might not be easy for a lot of people, like a treadmill without an off switch. 

Yet let's start taking time out for ourselves. 

Start settling down to be at peace with ourselves, be fine with what we have or own. 

It's amazing to explore the entire world externally and a lot of us must have visited some very stunning places. 

But how about the world inside?

Maybe with a new year, we can start becoming more inward, more settled, more complete.
