Solely branded products follow a "Clean Label" philosophy and only contain one or two 100% organic certified ingredients, with no added sugar, additives, colors or flavoring. Their development is predicated on Solely's practice of imagining a simple time when food was eaten in it whole, natural state.
Solely made a commitment to transparency and to helping people eat more healthily by making sure that every one of their ingredients is clearly listed on the front of their labels, making the jerky and the development of new processes for future products.
Solely was founded as a way to help kids in their community gain easy access to fresh fruit. They noticed that for many children, fresh fruit was scarce, and kids were loading up on cheap processsed food at home and in school. They waned to change that by making a product that contained on the "good for you ingredients."
MY REVIEW:
I was sent all 6 flavors to test out for my review. I am always interested in new and exciting healthy food items. Solely comes in 6 flavors: Organic Banana with Pecans, Organic Banana with Cacao, Organic Banana, Organic Mango, Organic Pineapple and Organic Pineapple with Coconut.
These fruit jerkys are absolutely delicious. My favorite is the banana pecans. The fruit jerky isn't sticky or gummy like most jerky items. The taste isn't too sweet because no sugar is added, so you get the natural taste of an actual fruit.
If you eat one jerky it is equivalent to eating 1/2 or a whole fruit. The calorie intake ranges from 70-90 calories, it all depends on which jerky that you buy.
I wanted to flip over the product to show what each fruit jerky item looks like individually.
