I was sent this lovely product to review. The bottle contains 120 vegetable capsules. So,if you are vegetarian/vegan like me, you won't have to worry about if this product consist of any animal byproducts or any harmful ingredients. I am not a coffee drinker,so I wanted to try out these pills for a week to see if it would give me more energy.
I only take one tablet during the day with a meal and I feel fully energized and completely alert. It comes in an average sized pill form and not hard to swallow at all.
